This Sunday, we continued our journey through Jeremiah 29 and reflected on God’s call to live faithfully even when we found ourselves in places we did not want to be. We explored how God invited the exiles, and us, to seek God, serve others, and keep building family and community right where we were. We were reminded that family was not only what we were born into, but also what we chose to build together as the family of faith. Together, we considered how multiplying our care, service, and love helped us see beyond ourselves and join God’s bigger movement of hope and shalom.
