April 13th, 2026

This Sunday, we dove into the story of "Doubting Thomas" and how we can often find ourselves in a similar mindset. We talked about how we live in a world that demands proof before trust and how that mindset can follow us into our faith. When we dig into Thomas's story, we find that faith requires a shift from seeking proof to actively trusting God with what we know and don't know.

Sermon Notes
Check out some of the key takeaways from this past Sunday's sermon.
This week's scripture was John 20:24-29
This week's scripture was John 20:24-29
- Your questions and doubts are not a slap in the face to God. Jesus meets us where we are, just as He met Thomas with grace and invitation rather than condemnation.
- Faith requires a shift from seeking immediate proof to doing the work of relationship with Jesus. It's about active transformation, deep trust, and allowing God to impact our reality and the lives around us.
- We are called to be living proof of the resurrection. When we surrender to Jesus and trust Him with what we know and what we don't know, others will see Christ alive in us through our grace, mercy, and love.
